The gentleman that was in office that day I arrived was kind and wonderful and communicative. I appreciate this location’s help with pivoting as well- I had gotten double booked for a 10 foot truck, and this location set aside a 15 foot truck for me at no extra cost. Turns out I needed the 15 foot vs the 10!! I’m extra thankful for anyone involved in helping me out on June 1st :)

I was overcharged and emailed and never heard back. I returned the dolly and furniture blankets but was charged for the full price of them, and not the rental price. I need a refund.
