How would I suggest U-Haul improve for the next customer?? I would suggest selling the entire corporation to a Chinese company or some other company that can run it properly and efficiently.
Gary PThe inside of the rental truck was clean. Before leaving with the rental truck, you are instructed to take pictures of the front, sides, and back of the truck and submit them. There was no place to submit photos of the inside of the back of the truck. When we opened up the back of the truck, there was broken wood and a dolly that we had rented laying on the floor. I was also disappointed to see that there was no place to secure the big dolly to the inside of the truck. They did have a place to secure the smaller dolly that we rented, to the inside of the truck. Why not have a place to secure both?
