I asked when I picked up the trailer, “How does the return work?” I was told to just park the trailer and that was it. I did that before my return time (I have pictures to prove it). Then the next morning I decided to download the uhaul app - because I was paranoid - and I saw the reservation was active and overdue… so I had to drive there and finally go through the app, and I got charged DOUBLE what I was supposed to pay….

Although there was only one employee at the business, the gentleman did an excellent job of working with us and still assisting customers. We had a glitch in our reservation but the U-Haul company was so good in fulfilling what we needed. We actually was able to talk to LIVE people over the phone!! No recordings!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
VICKI KThis is a gas station / conv. store. The lone 'ee could not produce a receipt for drop off, couldn't help me drop off or disconnect the trailer. There is a good full service u haul store a few blocks away, where I meant to drop the trailer off (I must have picked the wrong place on the app). This is where I would recommend service be provided.

wilmer jThe trailer was returned within 24h and I was charged for 3 days. I called and the gentleman insisted that the trailer was returned in 3 days then when I asked about checking the camera, he said he didn’t have access to it. I’ll never recommend anyone to that location.
