Rented from this location twice and both times the van has been clean inside and ready to go. My first time I did a counter pick up and the gentleman running this location is friendly and the process was fairly quick despite the U-Haul network having some connection issues. My second time I did a mobile pick up and drop off and even though that’s a little more tedious as far as having to take pictures of everything, it’s convenient they allow that option as the in person pick up is only open until noon and I had to work until 430. I will be renting a U-Haul from this location again when I need one.
