I Had to drive 40 minutes out of my way then back to my home to start move there was No other 5x8 trailer closer to me....You need to add a few more of these into your fleet i was flexible from tuesday to friday and there was not one available how is this possible? There are plenty of U-Haul rentals close to my home so this shouldn't have been an issue. Thank You for your time.Dominic P.

The uhaul corporation changed my location two days before to a location an hour away without telling me. I reserved a trailer a month and a half in advance. Uhaul should have kept my reservation. The man at the new location was very nice though.JENNIFERA J.

The only problem we had was being told we would have a 20ft truck which we reserved ahead of time only to have a call the day before it was not available. We were given a 15 ft truck with 6Ã—12 trailer. The gas price for both was astronomical for a cross country trip. Other then that we made it safely to our location.Debra B.

Engine sounded like it was going to explode even on flat roads going slowly. Felt unsafe the entire time I was in the truck. Please add a confirmation that drop off is complete to your checkout process. You changed my pickup/dropoff location, but the woman who did never mentioned or applied the alleged UHaul guarantee of 'right equipment, right place' etc. And you billed me an extra charge with no notification or explanation - I still don't know what that was for. The trailer rental was dirty, with cigarette butts and dead leaves and debris in the grooves of the bed. When I returned later in the day (2:30 PM), the office was closed so I called another U-Haul dealer and video chatted with the proprietor with whom I had done business many times before and she walked me through the unhitching process. When I went to return the uhaul the place was closed. I had to go back the next day. Over all I think this wasn't a good experience of renting with uhaul and will look to another renter in future. One would think uhaul would have tried to make good on my poor experience without me having to ask.Christi B.

I took painstaking care to line up my rental at a specific location, at a specific time and did the pre-registration online. I even stopped in at the pickup location a few days prior to ensure all was in order. Which I was told it was. Then on the morning I went to pick up the rental, I was told they did not have want I arranged for because I was 'transferred' to another U-haul location several miles away. A courtesy email or phone call to notify me of this change should have occurred, but it did not. Also, when the final bill arrived, I was charged an additional $14 for some sort of insurance coverage I didn't want, didn't need and wasn't brought to my attention during my discussions pertaining to the rental. It seemed to have been tacked on after the fact.Timothy N.

The truck smelt like throw up or that it was mopped out with a bucket of sour foul water. Not great on a 300 mile drive, even rolling the windows down didn't escape the smell....Unfortunately the location was closed due to it being a Sunday and the app to pick it up was slow due to service, I would have waited for a different alternative if I didn't have movers waiting to help me.....Carl S.
