Lori VI got charged for the bigger truck which I was told I was getting at the rate of 19. 95. Do to the distance I had to drive. 2 nd the added distance I had to drive when I passed two other v locations that had the similar and one with the smaller truck. Grant it the may have been. Booked already. I got hit with a cleaning bill. The truck was clean. A 25 dollar feeWith the exception of a jack and s half bottle of water. It was left behind. Do to the fack I spent close to 30 minutes trying to use the u haul app. With no luck as. It would not pick up the location. So I got hit with another 50 ish. Fee I called today Monday the 10 th of November. About 9:30 ish only to get a voice mail I left a message and at of 7:29. Monday the 10 th no return call I was hoping to be able to get my winter jacket the truck is in good shape. Ran great. Impressive IMO. The location was. .... A location. Nothing good nothing bad. Could have waved the. App fee Bit I was told that if I did. Go through the app. On the return I will be charged. IMO. He knows there is an issue with the location. Fir using the app.
