Never received a call from them letting me know that nobody would be there. Spent 46 min downloading the app. After I had yo call another uhaul store to tell me what to do. Then I had to fill in everything o already told the girl at the store where I ordered it from

The Lady that worked there was extremely helpful and very understanding
John GDidn’t get a notification until the evening before in regards to them randomly picking a new pick up location which was almost 50 miles away from our destination. Thankfully the agent was able to switch us to Fury Auto.
