This is a drop off site only. Store person informed me to just drop the trailer and handle the paperwork on line.....Always a bit uneasy not having someone confirm the return on site. The location is very convenient to get in and out

Helped out great with changing of drop off location because original drop off location was full.

Jordan DBecause of the complicated rental (checking and not having been able to upload my info) it was importsnt to check out properly. The man in the drop off location even refused to give his name let alone help with documenting the drop off.
Ram PThe location is hard to get in and out of. The trailer was in a difficult spot. There was no one willing to help with hook up or return of the trailer.
