The process was very easy and management was very professional. I would use this location again for my needs.
THEODORE FI’m 71 years old and I had to go across the street and pull the car baller by hand to my truck because I couldn’t get my truck to it because everything in the way to get to it then had to hook it up and pull the truck back across the the street so they could tack a picture of the hook up my back was sore for about 4 days. Very unprofessional I think what happened to the days where a business took good care of people an wanted them to come back.
CLYDE BThe pickup location was great and convenient, we had some issues on pickup day with the system being down, but it was resolved quickly. The trailer pulled great with no mechanical or cosmetic issues. The return was a little lengthy due to the drop off place was closed. Just had to take pictures. Overall it was a great experience
BRIAN JManger was very helpful and even went the extra mile to assist me when my reservation was messed up. I would recommend the location to anyone. They and book him directly.
