The Uhaul truck sounded rough like it needed some work done on it. I was worried about it breaking down on me. I did not agree being charged for mileage especially when staying local.
CYNTHIA TNo representative was available during business hours, so I used the after-hours process to return the vehicle. Approximately 9 hours later, a representative called to inform me that the vehicle was 8 hours overdue for return. The matter was eventually cleared the next day, but not after spending a lot of my time on the phone.
