I had to purchase a dolly because there was none on the truck which cost me an additional fee and the reason I got the size truck I did was for the ramp and the dolly that was suppose to be on the truck

Everything was excellent and very professional
DONALD JThe Uhaul truck sounded rough like it needed some work done on it. I was worried about it breaking down on me. I did not agree being charged for mileage especially when staying local.
CYNTHIA TNo representative was available during business hours, so I used the after-hours process to return the vehicle. Approximately 9 hours later, a representative called to inform me that the vehicle was 8 hours overdue for return. The matter was eventually cleared the next day, but not after spending a lot of my time on the phone.
