Truck refused to restart after only 6 kms. Had to get local roadservice to boost the battery to start vehicle. No evident problem.

Better organization, and clean vehicle First, I booked the reservation with my VISA card, and when my friend picked it up, they said they had no record of that, and he had to use his own card. Second, the back of the truck had not been swept out, yet we were told it needed to be swept before being returned, which we did do.
ROBERT CThe person that looked after us with a U-Haul 20 foot van was extremely friendly, although it was a bad snowy day, made sure that we understood everything, and that we had everything we needed. The price of the rental is very reasonable and I would recommend to anyone I know.
