Absolutely horrendous experience. I rented a large moving truck and used the UHaul moving service to hire 3 men to help me move. Packing up the truck, they stacked things so high and unstable, that when I arrived it had all fallen over and several pieces of expensive furniture were scratched up and ruined. The removed drawer pulls and knobs from the furniture and I didn't get them back. The movers were hired to pack and unpack the moving truck. When I arrived at the new home, they never showed up. I was stuck as a single mom with 3 kids alone. No one through UHaul would confirm a booking for the immediate evening. I couldn't even go anywhere with all 3 kids in the truck; it was awful. I paid alot more money and found someone through facebook who came to my rescue. I was finally done at 1AM and drove the truck back and dropped it off. UHaul uses an app and knew it was dropped off late, even though they weren't even open. They ended up billing me for the additional time and took NO responsibility for the movers; saying it was third party, even though booked on UHaul site with my truck rental. The third-party operates out of the states, so be prepared to call USA and try to get some help--it simply did NOT happen. A complete NIGHTMARE. UHaul you should be ashamed!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe roll up door was very stiff. I WD40 all the hinges and rollers to lubricate it better. The complimentary blanket bag in the back was empty and lock for rear door is seized. But overall the customer service and location is great 👍
