When I picked up the truck the gauge indicated there was only enough fuel for 36 miles. Trucks should have a full tank Anyone renting should be made to return the vehicle with a full tank. And if not they should be charged accordingly.
GERALD JOn line check out with photos was painfully slow. Consider short range open wifi to boost signals at rental locations for better customer experience and faster checking and out

KELLY SWheel on the 6x9 trailer was seized. Once that was fixed and the attendant attached the trailer to my hitch, as I was driving out of the lot the trailer came off my hitch entirely. I refused to take the trailer for safety reasons. I settled for a smaller trailer and was charged full price despite the inconvenience.
