The truck should not have been on the road No power steering Driving down the highway. The front end shook like crazy Brakes barely worked. You had to use 2 ft just to stop it My wife who rented the cube van could barely turn the steering wheel Never felt so unsafe in my life Also picking up the truck. I was told I could get it at 10:00. I didn't get it until 11:00. Nobody was even at the location It was a very nice lady who helped It also took half an hour to clean the snow off the vehicle. There's over a foot deep Wondering where the customer service is Regarding rentals This was one of the worst experiences of my life Huge disappointment

It took the lady at the counter 20 min to process my pickup, making shawarma at the same time having FaceTime call with random ppl speaking for prolonged period trying to explain to her what to press on the screen! The truck was missing my request dolly and blankets, the back door is impossible to open without losing your fingers and the key will stuck at the driver door and you have to yank it to get it out get some wd40!
Mahmoud HI found the process a little frustrating with the online picture taking portion. I have a poor quality camera in my phone and seemed it wouldn't accept any pics I took with it. So had to go to the agent and get them to do that process for me which was very inconvenient otherwise the location was good and truck did the job intended
Richard NI tried the Knights Inn location and they were not very nice and said they had nothing available, two trucks were sitting there and were still there on my way home. The lady at Pitaland was very professional and polite. I would recommend her.
Kathleen TI showed up to pick up the U-Haul, the employee had zero idea what I was talking about, took 45 minutes to get it all settled which cut into my time. After I finally got the truck it had a very flat tire and a headlight out. The tire was at 10 psi instead of the recommended 80 psi so I hooked up my personal mini compressor which is all I had at the time, that took another 45 minutes to fill up, so I was late by an hour and a half and had no choice but to extend my time. Not impressed.
