Casi me mato rente un tráiler el lugar es pésimo el servicio igual de malo el tráiler en mal estado le faltaban pernos alas llantas en el camino el tráiler botó una llanta última viaje de 2 horas paso a 7 yo tuve q pagar un parqueadero para el tráiler pagar una grúa para mi carro y aguantar el mal servicio al cliente y fuera de eso me cobran más de lo acordado

The information in the app that you need do the check in early. You need to improve the quality of the information to pickup the truck on your app and work hard to reduce the wait time of your phone call customer service I spent 30 minutes in line and the store location solve in less than 05 minutes. If your app and customer service phone was a little more clear I could not spend unnecessary time and patience. I also experienced a missed devices that I paid for but wasn’t available and w still was charged for that. The location itself the field team was fantastic no complain about than and I can recommend them for friends, but I won’t never recommend use the app or the phone customer service for anyone because doesn’t work well.
