Horrible experience. The pick up location was filthy, disorganized, seemed unsafe, and the person there had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He had to have his mom on the phone the entire time, did not hook up the trailer properly, messed up the paperwork, had no address for us to return the trailer, and literally I filled out some of it on the tablet myself because he was completely confused. Couple that with the air of marijuana at the place and very sketchy individuals just hanging around, and you can understand why it was an awful experience. We went to a decent location in Oshkosh where they corrected the trailer set up and at least gave us addresses for drop off in Madison. Turns out one address was a house in the boonies, and the other was a business in town- obviously the correct one- we found out after wasting our time driving for around an hour to go to the wrong address. I honestly can’t understand how UHaul stays in business. We have had one abysmal experience after another, and everyone I talk to says the same. We will not use the company again. What a mess.

Quick and easy process. Went in, had my ID scanned, paid, no pressure, easy drop off for uhaul and key!
Jonathan SI arrived 15 minutes ahead of my pickup time. The inly associate there had no clue how to work the iPad to complete the rental. He had to call someone 3 times to get through it. Before he could complete the paperwork he had to take 15 or so minutes to empty the trailer. I waited patiently, took a picture of him unloading it. He was still on the phone with the person assisting him. Various curse words were used in the process and I overheard him talking and making comments that I was taking pictures. I would expect some sort of reimbursement for this. It took more than 30 minutes to execute this simple pickup.
TIMOTHY KTank was left at just under 3/4. I drove 60mi and was charged for 17 gallons of fuel! That's ridiculous. They also didn't have the furniture dolly i rented, so i had to send someone back to pick it up after they tracked one down (which was nice).
Daniel PKey was not left in the lock box so I was forced to wait until the site opens his later.
