Pick up was complicated as the location was closed. The app was confusing for me and even with help I had to call in to get help from a UHaul representative. I don’t know whether there was something with the app or what. Fortunately, the UHaul rep was able to assist with the process. Drop off was easier.

Ryan SNo moving blanks available there. I also checked 2 other locations and they were all out but probably had 50 pieces of equipment between the 3 locations with no moving blankets. This is not acceptable and there is no way you should be able to rent moving equipment and not be able to access moving blankets!! Wake up!!
