You had to check out the vehicle and pick it up in two different locations. Nothing about renting from this place said that. Just lucky that the owner of the location picked up her cell phone to tell us where the truck was. Wasted over an hour doing what should take less than 10 minutes.

TIM SThey closed the store the day we needed to pick up our truck. Luckily someone did eventually come in to help us, after numerous phone calls. However, they didn't have the number of pads we requested. It would have been VERY helpful to have cruise control on the truck, as we had to travel over 1600 miles.
