Again too tight of a parking lot especially with such a large truck to try and get it fit in for return. Also no cell signal to be able to make return easily on app.

The chief there is really a nice man!!!
Jean PThe trailer was not ready. It was at the back, covered in snow. Wasted almost an hour digging out the trailer and move it upfront. Almost scratched my car. The owner is leaving in his reality without truly understanding what is a good customer service is. That will be my last time renting from that location.
