The guy at the store was almost completely useless, barely said anything, didn’t help us at all with the return process. As a result, I didn’t do it properly and had to call your support line the next day to complete the return.

An absolute dump with very little space. Was no help maneuvering the equipment and walked away ignoring me when asked to help with trailer. Should not be a uhaul service centre at all.

JITHIN TI had to give the keys to an unknown person and in return I did not receive any documents confirming the delivery of the equipment and the absence of claims from the company U-Haul.
VIACHESLAV PDon’t change the location and size of the truck at the exact time I was supposed to pick up my truck. When someone reserves a truck there should be employees who ensure that the trucks reserved at specific locations are there. That is the point of reserving. Shouldn’t be relying on clients to deliver the trucks to the proper locations. Happened to both trucks ordered for this move. Was offered $50 credit and never got it.
