The truck itself was mostly ok (the brakes were a bit sticky), but unfortunately doesn't seem like they thoroughly looked at before giving it to us. The attendant seemed confused when we arrived to get the truck, then when went to get in, I noticed the back door was slightly opened and there were a couple of things in the back that looked like some garbage. Unfortunately when we opened up the truck fully, turns out there was some piles of poop in truck as well as some used rubber gloves and a tissue. I had to clean everything up so we could get our things in there, but it was rather unpleasant. When we returned the truck, I told the same attendant of the situation and showed him a picture of what the truck looked like when we received it. I asked if there was any kind of discount or refund I could get since I had to clean it up. He seemed confused again and then said he would "ask about it". I contacted customer service and they tried to contact the specific location, but I still have not received any follow up. Overall this location looked to be rather unorganized, and have sent me multiple receipts with different information. It's been frustrating to try and get a hold of someone or reimbursement.

Poor service Location didn't return my van for day and a halve after my actual return of the truck And then charged me for extra fuel even that i filled exactly to the same level as i took the truck but after 2 days it is too late contest

Tichick Tpick up and drop off was great, no issues. However, I forgot to use my VIP code upon dropping off the truck at the end. When I called uhaul 6 days later they said it had been too long to fix it and they could not give me the credit. This was not very fair seeing as how I have 2 years to use the code. The lady on the phone was great (Tessa) but her manager needs some help with her customer service skills (Isabelle). A measly $25 should not be that difficult to adjust. I am feeling irritated as they changed my booking twice.
KRISTINA Vthe truck with full of snow on top and even the windshield i did remove the snow by myself after they couldn't admit the license of my friend ( quebec license), and also the fees wasn't the fees annonced in the website when i booked it was higher
