The trailer was not ready. It was at the back, covered in snow. Wasted almost an hour digging out the trailer and move it upfront. Almost scratched my car. The owner is leaving in his reality without truly understanding what is a good customer service is. That will be my last time renting from that location.

ROBERT HNot all the trailer lights worked and one even came out and had to be popped back in. There was no trailer jack, so the trailer could not be unhooked at anytime because it would be too heavy to lift up again.
