Not all the trailer lights worked and one even came out and had to be popped back in. There was no trailer jack, so the trailer could not be unhooked at anytime because it would be too heavy to lift up again.

Check windshield washer levels before departure
CARL CThe mobile check-in experience was extremely frustrating. I tried multiple times to complete check-in, but the app failed when capturing the required truck photos—yet the same process worked perfectly during checkout. The parking lot had not been cleared for some time, and despite heavy snowfall around the Christmas period, much of the snow was still present. There were no accessible parking spots or guidance on where to return the vehicle, and the original spot was too tight to realistically park in. Being asked to take additional vehicle photos after this felt unnecessary and shifted responsibility onto the customer rather than improving the process
