U-haul should allow its partners to fix incorrect charges on the spot and not expect the customers to deal themselves with the mistake
Miguel PI rented a Uhaul truck on Dec 26 to help my son move out of his college apt. We dropped it off the same day at the location closest to where he was moving to (which was recommended by the rep at the pickup location). 3 weeks later I get a receipt showing I had been charged for 7 extra days to the tune of $280! It also noted a 1/4 dropoff date which is not accurate. I have contacted Uhaul and all they have done is file a "dispute form" on my behalf. Rest assured if this is not resolved it will be the last time I ever use Uhaul for anything. And, that's really a shame considering ive been a customer many times over for about 30 years now with no issues ever! If this is what their business practice has become I would say stay far away.
