I had a horrible experiencia with this location at 15273 Metcalf Ave Overland Overland Kansas 66223 the lady she was so rude to me and she is not a very friendly person with the customers it's looks like a reace person with the Hispanic l gave her my reservation and my phone number but she told me l don't understand what you said but l know kind the peoples when they are acting.like that I feel discrimination at this place In Kansas everything was a terrible experience because they gave me the truck with flat tire l was waiting for someone assistance to put a new tire 🛞

Not an issue with the pickup location as much as they didn't verify that all of the lights were working. That 1st night I found out that the right running light was out.
Alan RTruck was clean but front suspension needs to be inspected. Driving the truck was a horrible experience and at time seemed dangerous—162,000 plus miles. Considering not renting a U-Haul in the future.
BRUCE DThe clerk was friendly & thorough. The truck was clean outside but the inside was dusty, dirty & filthy. Also, I'm 5'2" & the seat couldn't be raised so that was challenging for me.
