The woman that helped us was in the store alone and not as well trained to handle our transaction. It took way longer than we really had time for and I would not recommend this location for Uhaul business.

Any and all issues were due in incompetent UHaul phone employees. Lady at pick up went above and beyond due to others didn’t do their job.
Carol CNo problems other than they had no dolly that I had requested when I booked the reservation. The movers I hired would have appreciated that. Also, had to get gas as the tank wasn’t full. Normally I thought rentals started out with a full tank.

rick kDirty truck, snacks left in the cabin, didn't have the reserved equipment, lacked knowledge on the process, as the customer i was asked to fill in information. No instructions or receipt and added an unauthorized charge for insurance. Just took my payment and handed me the keys. Nice guy but, doesn't represent Uhaul very well. Dont recommend this location.
