Truck should of had a full tank of gas not a quarter full.

Worst experience I've had with a uhaul dealer and their customer service. Dealer gave completely incorrect information and has left me chasing a $70+ reimbursement I still haven't received. Customer service then ran me around, giving me attitude, refusing to give me an acceptable and ACCESSIBLE solution that works with my severe mobile disabilities, considering it wasn't MY mistake in the first place, transferring me to 7 different people before I was given to someone with any actual brains. Still havent received my reimbursement almost a week later.
Kalianna WStaffing was easy to deal at the time of pickup and drop off. The vehicle itself was questionable for safety reasons, terrible vibration while driving at highway speeds. Wipers in winter are worn and should be replaced.
LISA GThe clerks were very good, the unit had to be cleared of snow and was in an awkward parking spot - that could have been better as the weather has been extremely cold and snowy. Unit needs new windshield wipers but the clerk noted that. I would rent again without hesitation.
MARIE SEnsure there is topped up windshield wiper fluid, sanitize surfaces like the steering wheel, either clear the snow off the top of the cab and the windshield or at least provide a broom large enough to do so - I had a huge chunk of ice come down on the windshield from the top near the end of my trip. It scared me and I was very lucky it did not smash the windshield or cause an accident behind me. One wiper blade flew off. The staff at this location may not go out and check vehicles between trips, nor had they shoveled between trucks so it was difficult to even get into, and I could not find the license plate until I cleared a great deal of snow off the back. There were no blankets included this time, either, which was disappointing. One of my items got scratched on the way home. All of that said, the staff are very helpful and congenial at this location.
