DONALD HMy problem wasn’t with the pick up or drop off place it was with the ppl who do the reservations. I had the a most absolute awful time renting a U-Haul. I would not at this time recommend anyone to rent a U-Haul!!! I really hope that they get my situation handled quickly!!!
