Your online pricing is extremely deceptive!! You hide the $1.19/mile charge. It’s a huge surprise to find out when you’re picking up the truck that your cost is now $200 more than what you expected making this a terrible experience and 100% UHaul’s fault. The facility where I picked it up and their staff were very accommodating but UHauls online deceptive sales tactics are disgusting and very unprofessional!!

Jerry BThe office was not open for over six days. The phone number was not valid. The equipment was not checked in. And I had to call U-Haul regional office to secure that it was checked in. Do not ever use this place to drop off any equipment!
