This was my worst UHaul experience. I’m 74 yrs old and rented a lot. I turned the 6x12 early (after hours) on Saturday, July 26, 2025. Scanned the bar code onto the app.The other UHaul dealer on Parish Ave (Joshua) and was totally confused. I had called and talked to the regional Uhal Mgr and everything was good. Then Cartraxx called and said they couldn’t find the trailer. I have 5 pictures whennturned in. Total incompetence. Daniel Ray

Better maintained truck. Truck had a load tick like a lifter knocking and belt squeak. I also had to fix a windshield wiper that came off in pouring rain.
Anthony JMake sure the tires are properly inflated. The passenger side tire had a leak and the wheel had to be changed before I could start my trip. The people at u haul replaced the wheel in less than one hour. Overall a very good truck.
