It was after 4pm and nobody was there. I dropped it off the same day and was still charged for 2 days. Left the vehicle swept and clean and did not see the advertised refund. The No answers were due to nobody there at 8pm

Fuel leak on the truck, Truck cab reeked of cigarette smoke, NO blankets, NO furniture dolly, NO utility dolly, even though we reserved over i month in advance .... and NO ONE contacted us to let us know these items would not be available.
