Old man there was slow and could hardly hear him. Equipment was fine.
michael sThe rep was easily confused, he created two contracts for me by mistake and charged me twice. Still waiting on a refund. I didn't chose this location. U haul couldn't provide my original pick up location and I was desperate for a truck even though I reserved my truck a month in advance. I called U-haul on May 31st and it's June 5th and they haven't reach out even though they swore they would. Sad
