The location was good, but it was not my initial choice. I originally reserved online for the Sherman Oaks location, only to be told that they do not rent out trucks. Then why is it an option online? Also, Pacoima did not have the furniture blankets, so I had to go to a different location just to get the blankets. The Pacoima location was fine and the staff there was professional, but the overall experience with U-Haul was below average.
