Snow on the taillights and license plate hand to be cleaned off
KAROLINE HI was supposed to get a call the night before from U-Haul. I never did and when I went to pick up my U-Haul they knew nothing about my reservation and I already had the email saying that it was reserved. I had to drive out of my way to go get another one.
VINCENT CCar hauler had a serious vibration that was a serious safety concern. I should be eligible for a significant refund.
