This Place lied about how meany miles I used they said I used 49 miles and changed my bank account 2 times I only rented it for 4 hours and I didn’t even use the hold 4 hours I used 2 hours this place is a big get over thank God that I take my pictures I had my proof on everything they always talking about if you have any problems you need to call the 1-800 number that’s crazy I hate this place and I don’t recommend nobody renting at this location.

When I picked up the truck it was empty on fuel had trash inside the truck smelled disgusting. When i opened the box it had a bunch of trash in it and smelled like garbage. Was extremely upset with my experience and the truck looking like a homeless person was living in it.
Austin AI was very disappointed the truck that we reserved was not available. So they had to give us a different truck and charge us an additional charge.

YVONNE SHorrible first experience. This is my first and last time renting with uhal. The location I picked it up from was new and didn’t know what he was doing, he gave me the keys and said I’m good to go… 1 hour later I get a call saying that the car is reported stolen since the guy didn’t check me in. After that they charged me for insurance which they never told me I could use my own and told me to drop it off at a highschool and leave the keys under the seat and I wouldn’t be charged for anything extra, next day they are trying to charge me for gas when I never got told that I was supposed to fill it up and claimed that I left it at the wrong location when I have the text messages of them telling me to drop it off at bayside high school. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.
