This location is a gas station. I filled up the truck back to the level that it needed to be at, talked to the lady at the convenience store, who completed check out, told me where to park, then got the keys and wished me a good day.
DAVID BThis Place lied about how meany miles I used they said I used 49 miles and changed my bank account 2 times I only rented it for 4 hours and I didn’t even use the hold 4 hours I used 2 hours this place is a big get over thank God that I take my pictures I had my proof on everything they always talking about if you have any problems you need to call the 1-800 number that’s crazy I hate this place and I don’t recommend nobody renting at this location.
Annie SWhen I picked up the truck it was empty on fuel had trash inside the truck smelled disgusting. When i opened the box it had a bunch of trash in it and smelled like garbage. Was extremely upset with my experience and the truck looking like a homeless person was living in it.
Austin AI was very disappointed the truck that we reserved was not available. So they had to give us a different truck and charge us an additional charge.
