Had a reservation at a different location and when I arrived to this location which was at 9:45 am to pick up my 10 am reservation truck; they advised me that the truck hadn’t been turned in. I waited until 9:59 which they didn’t have any other trucks to offer me. They said they had found me one in Palm Springs 25 miles away. I then called Lisa at west coast storage in Palm desert MYSELF. To which Lisa said she had a truck and could help me out less that 6 miles away. Lisa is amazing and very disappointed in the other location. Please call back regarding matter

The process was quick and easy. Lisa at West Coast Self Storage was excellent.
JEFFREY VWould recommend this location for customer service, Lisa was exceptional. Rented an appliance dolly only, and the tires were hard and poor quality which made it hard to use.
