William GHad a reservation at a different location and when I arrived to this location which was at 9:45 am to pick up my 10 am reservation truck; they advised me that the truck hadn’t been turned in. I waited until 9:59 which they didn’t have any other trucks to offer me. They said they had found me one in Palm Springs 25 miles away. I then called Lisa at west coast storage in Palm desert MYSELF. To which Lisa said she had a truck and could help me out less that 6 miles away. Lisa is amazing and very disappointed in the other location. Please call back regarding matter
