Was told the gas tank was full and it was 3/4 empty. And they added safe move insurance that I didn't authorize. When I ordered truck I selected no insurance. Not a great experience

NETZER EEmployee did not want to give me the auto hauler trailer that was parked out front because it was too new so I had to wait another 30 minutes while he retrieved another. My pick up time was 7am but it was not completed til after 9am making me late for the movers I was paying hourly. He also would not give me the 3 hand trucks I rented because he said it was too busy to give them all to me so I Left with one. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
