I would recommend U-Haul, but the guy at the location forgot to enter my rental back as received, and five days later, I had to call U-Haul to clear it up....but that went smoothly. It only caused me to make a ten-minute phone call.

I was scammed by Calvin for an extra day rental when returned on time and he added safe move coverage without my knowledge, also when I try to call it says that stores number is currently unavailable. I truthfully would like a refund for such unprofessional and being wrongfully charged. Ps Calvin treats customers like shit and should not be in charge of running a company!
JAYDEN TI was given a cargo van with what looked to be animal hair all over the seats. I was overcharged at drop-off, even when van was filled with fuel as, it was handed to me. I was mislead to the overall price, initially given online. Very unprofessional management personnel while visiting the office. I felt very uncomfortable with comments by what seemed to be the owner of rhe place. Would NOT recommend this place for future transportation rentals. Horrible experience !
