The truck was really dirty front and back and it seems the fuel gauge thingy it’s rigged to get more money from the customer !

Nothing excellent customer service
GARY SWhen I got there I was told the truck I made reservations for was not there I was upset then I pointed out that I see a 26 truck parked right there. Not sure what that was about, after that my experience was good.

RAMON AI had a reservation and I changed it for the next morning at 6am and they told me they would leave the keys in the lock box, the keys were not left there and I had to wait for them to open at 9 then when I get there he said they forgot to do it and that they don’t even know if the truck was there, luckily it was but I will never use this location ever again it was the worse experience with U-Haul ever and I use them with ever move
