Also, he didn't help us the connect the trailer in the truck knowing is heavy and we needed help. I tired to return the truck to a location, that was different from where I picked it up. I arrived at the pick up location at 3:45 and wasn't able to finish my pickup time really was 5pm and the dealer /Nagis electronic there was an empty water bottle on right passenger side of vehicle. I had to keep the truck an extra night until morning of 09/04/2020. Because I had to return it back to a farther location. This seems to be inconvenient and added way too many more miles and time. So from this location I will not be backdebra T.

This drop off location was great, however, it was not the original location. I had been scheduled to drop off at 38241 6th St E ste d, Palmdale, CA 93550. The man working there was extremely unprofessional and clearly on drugs. He yelled at me saying I had to return the dolly I rented back where i got it (which is 7 hrs away) or it will cost me 60 to 80 dollars more. I have never felt so uncomfortable and confused I just wanted to return the dolly. I am greatful to the uhaul reservation department who called to confirm the drop off location, they were extremely helpful in finding a second drop off location.cristina C.

Moving image the coronavirus made it especially difficult to find enough help to load up the truck and unloaded at the new house, which I had to do twice. I wish I had known from U-Haul ahead of time that if I did not bring the truck back within the 48 hour period that I rented it for I wouldn't just only be renting it for a third day but also paying an additional $50 late fee.Cody U.

Trailer left light was working when picked up. After being pulled over by Highway Patrol to notify me that the light was not in working order. Luckily I was given a warning and advised to notify uhaul of the malfunction. Light worked intermittently.Henry A.

The cashier, client and another individual that may work at this location were arguing and curing each other and both parties wanted to introduce me into the situation by asking for my opinion. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe but I stayed to get my moving truck so I sucked up my fear. Because of their argument I had to wait an additional 20 mins to get going. This location didn't have a computer and everything was done via a phone. The location was filthy dirty. The Vehicle was in good working condition but was a bit dirty from the elements. The lady that helped me to check out my 26' truck, was rude and very unprofessional. She overcharged me for miles, I drove at max 20 miles and I was charged for 90. And then after I made a complaint to U-Haul, I was then charged an additional $45 without my authorization and no reason at all. I am very disgusted with this experience.Rachelle H.

The location was fine. But all the other crap I had to deal with previous 4 days was horrendous. I have never seen a company that makes reservations and a day before pick up they notify you that the truck is not available . That happened times in 4 days. I already scheduled movers and the whole situation was a stressful nightmare. Never again will I use U haul.Greg W.
I was not offered any straps nor a lock. This was my 1st time using a uhaul and moving. These items would have been helpful to mention. Additionally this location did not have the truck size I required. Luckily someone pulled in just in time with a 20' truck so I was upgraded.Alice K.

I got a call from Nagal asking me to what happend why I didn't show up at 9:30 when I had to turn in my truck at 5:30pm, I rushed did not finish to load and left to turn in the truck, When I got to the place they told me that my truck was rented at 11am. Nigel was horrendous to work with. He claimed to have called me several times to verify my reservation; if he did he never left a message. Because the only time I have record of him calling I called him back within 15 minutes. He gave poor pickup instructions, was short on the phone, lacked customer service and didn't properly enter my order at a self check-in. I had to call Uhaul 2 times get the truck "picked up". He also did not leave the appliance dolly I ordered and when I called him after picking up the truck he claimed it was not in my reservation. I pulled up my online reservation and read it to him...he said I could get it as long as I was "there in 30 minutes, no later". A big inconvenience when you are trying to move. My husband met him at the store to obtain the dolly, he tried to give him a regular dolly versus the appliance dolly. and tried to "complain" to my husband that "I called your wife several times and she didn't answer, and she didn't order the dolly" which is clearly something on my order and paid for. I feel he is sexist and does not like talking to or having business from women. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE, especially a woman.Megan S.

The day before we were to leave I had to drive to Palmdale CA from Glendale CA I reserved the trailer in the second week of February. Also I spoke to the manager from Glendale Uhaul and asked if he would honor the price I paid from PA to CA and he said he would But when the Traffic manager who called me about having to drive to Palmdale called him to verify he said or agreed to honor the price he lied and denied he said it.
