SARA DExcellent service! Somehow, U Haul must think about the weight of the trailer tongue with a jack to load and unload a trailer. For me, at 74, ite was a little daunting as I had to use a jack to take it off for the night when at my house. Honestly, could not move the trailer off the hitch, but needed to run several errands without trailer in tow. Otherwise, best trailer I have ever rented from U Haul over 30 years of renting.
