Someone was at the garage and was great, but if he hasn’t seen me hop out of the truck then I wouldn’t really have known where to leave the vehicle or the keys. There was a U-Haul shed but I didn’t get to see if it was unlocked & looked closed with no signage with any information on it. Very nice worker in the business attached garage though

James ASorry, did not get names (and am bad at remembering names). The shop is a small but very busy auto repair facility. The wife was very nice and took care of me almost immediately. She was efficient and knew just what to do to process my rental. The husband was also very friendly and explained just how the hitch mechanism worked on this large trailer, including how the automatic braking system worked. He also gave me very valuable towing insight. They were great to work with.
WILLIAM TUnable to leave vehicle during a 3 day rental. When traveling alone that is problematic. This should have been communicated . Vehicle front seat wasn’t clean on pick up. Not a big deal but mentionable. Vehicle ran excellent.
