Lock box across the street from the actual trucks, mobile pickup was not easy. Was charged a $25 cleaning fee because the truck got wet because it down poured on our move day…truck bed got a little wet..will never use Uhaul again & will tell everyone about this experience we had. They made what was supposed to be a magical day (first time homebuyer) a stressful one.
