I cannot praise the owners & staff at Longs Nursery nearly enough for their total commitment to solving customer needs and the manor with which they take this so very seriously. Everyone there has the same mindset to find a way if at all possible to help their customers. I was in need to make an emergency visit to my 94-year-old father an hour and a half away over the holiday weekend. The owner went out of his way to ensure that while I already had a rental van for a work trip, I was able to continue use of the van to tend to my father's needs for a day. The folks at Longs Nursery are there for not only their customers, but the community as well. Thank you for being who you are!
SHAMBER DI cannot compliment the staff in how much they really and truly make me feel very appreciated as a customer. Everything from the initial phone call to request a reservation through pick and return is a breeze. The person asnswering the phone ius so very pleasant and totally intereseted in accomodating our needs along with the fols in the office during both piuck up and return. So very refreshing and this is everytime we rent a vehicle. Thank you for being the brightness in every day! I host a radio talk show and I mention this location during my show out of gratitude.
