Robert SMore customer service and professionalism would help! We picked up truck at 8 am before location opened at 10. Packing blankets were not in the truck so I went back to UHaul while movers were waiting. Owner told me he was busy with a customer and said, “the shed is open; go get what you want.” I’m 81 years old but I carried 36 blankets from the shed across parking lot to my car, several trips, of course.
