When a customer makes a reservation make sure you get it right the first time!!! My reservation in February was completely wrong!!! Wrong size, wrong pickup location, and just a complete disappointment!!! Due to that disaster I reached out to William's Rolloff who put me touch with Chris. They made sure I had what I needed to make my move possible!!!

cashwayne wthe process was not explained ahead of time, the office was not open at all, the location is unsafe, the representatives were rude, the truck smelled like cigarette smoke, and they tried to charge for fuel we didn't use. I will not be using uhaul, and especially not this location again.
