Nobody was manning the drop off location probably because it was late in the day and storming. They instructed me to simply drop off the trailer, then completed the paperwork remotely. I was fine with that.
MICHAEL MNot open on 1-1-26 for my drop. Pickup at Destin Florida WAS open. One way rental. No instructions on voice mail as to what process to drop trailer. Had to dig out paperwork for drop-off using mobile app. I reserved online, and therefore also had to download the mobile app to proceed.
