It was a relatively vacant lot beside a gas station. No one was there to receive my trailer! But, inside the gas station there was a very nice woman who was able to contact her boss, and let him know that I had returned my trailer. Shortly after, he did send me a return receipt. It's different than most Uhaul locations but, it's legit!
DONALD RThere is NO location it is an empty parking lot. NO help you have to do everything yourself on app. If I did not have a guy with me we would have never been able to get the 400LD trailer off my truck.
