Have better explanation as to how to get the rental
Jerry GThe process took too long and was too difficult. They expected me to do everything for the check-in on-line. I don't have a data plan; thus, could do nothing. My daughter, who is much younger and know technology, could not get it done because the phone service reception was so bad there. Eventually, the gentleman there was able to get it all done from inside the truck, not the office. Not sure why not in the office; but I did receive the receipt vis e-mail later that day. It seems to be a very tedious process.
Alfredo GThere really was no where to park the truck and there was no one to contact about returning the truck somewhere else. I parked it out of the way best i could and left it. There is only room there for two trucks and i was the third truck there.
Jason TWas extremely hard to get into the lock to get the key. The people in the store knew nothing about the U-Haul rentals. Also, I rented a dolly but could not find one at any of the locations.
Joni HCalled before dropping the 20' truck off EARLY (Tues Nov & 7th) NOT Nov 8th. The receipt is in error. Also, would have been nice for a person to be at the location when dropping off the truck as info may have been received correctly. Person on phone was very nice , though .
