Once again there was no representative at the drop off location. And it was in a very, very seedy , unsafe area of town, felt very unsafe while I was doing a U-Haul representatives job..
ricardo oI dropped the truck off about 4:00 pm on Thursday, when it was supposed to be returned at 8:30 am on Friday. Over 16 hours early. The hours at VJ Food Mart are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. It was definitely not clean and inviting! The girl behind the counter told me to just drop the key in the drop box. That was it! Today, Friday 7:00 am (still 1 1/2 hours before it was supposed to be returned), I get a charge of over $20 for after hours return! What is that all about?
