I returned the vehicle with MORE gasoline than when I picked it up. In fact, the nice employee thanked me for returning with more fuel. On my statement they charged me for several gallons of fuel. I called to get my money back & was told the owner would call. No call. Overall, rental was way more expensive than amounts I found online then the added fuel charge. Bad experience.

STEPHEN Cplace was neat and clean. felt safe and friendly. the best part of the experience was the man we encountered at Paradise Stone when we went to make a reservation and when we picked up the trailer. His name was Shane (I believe) and he was polite, busy, friendly, helpful, and a wonderful representative of UHaul and Paradise Stone.
